Well I am. Do I get to play in this sand box? I'm oly 16 hundredths away from the 11's now and if can grow these balls big enough to turn on the nitrous again, I should be deep in the 11's.

I don't think it will be able to run 11's.... because it will be to busy in the 10's all day long.
Why stop at the 10's, that is weak sauce! hehehe

Are they any negatives to E85?
And does it affect anything thats on the stock fuel setup. IIRC it degrades the rubber lines, which could clog an injector. maybe thats something else.. I forget.

should we start taking bets on what breaks first on the engine. There are only 4 other things left to break.
head gasket due to lifting heads under power
rods
crank
block
When you break 3 out of the 4 of those, we've got engines we've been prototyping for awhile now that will solve the issues.

Keep an eye on spacecoastspeedshop.com. Been busy with opening up and getting the website going and all. Once things smooth out I'll have time to post pics and all and have prices. Cheaper than a typical wiesco build and we have solved the rod bearing issue associated with these engines.

So basically I have to put like 80 pounders to replace my 48's if I want to run E85?

I was looking at 120lb for my camaro build. Think that is too big? a separate feed for each fuel rail to a common regulator. Start with 1 255lph pump with the possibility of adding a second later on.

I have read a lot about E85 and don't mind running it in my car. check this out, this might give you an Idea what you can get away with on E85!

Browsed through the pages there dont see where it says hes going to put boost on it, thats why he can run such a high cr.

Don't read too much into static compression ratios , cams have a lot to do with what you can get away with. In the motorcycle world, we commonly have 13:1 compression ratios and run 89 octane.

some one in there made the comment of putting a blower on top of 13:1 static compression ratio.
