Turbo pipes

So I was replacing the front turbo on my car when the ring around the pipe that connects to the front of the turbine broke,does anyone know where I can buy one at or will I have to replace the whole pipe?and what is it called?

not sure but likely have to replace the entire pipe. the ends where the clamps are put on are not particularly well constructed and tend to crack.

Take the ring off and just put a hose clamp on it. Not well constructed is correct.
