OK, I know this will make me sound more ******** that I already do, but how do the pull-grip/handles come off of the remote releases next to the drivers seat for the gas door and the trunk? Do they pull off? What am I missing?

That's more like it... I'll have to go mess around with one after the race...

They are supposed to have tabs? No wonder mine always fall off.... I've gotten a few from the junk yard and they either just pull off pretty hard, or you take a blunt object and tap it out.

I broke my gas pull and replaced it with a junkyard model. Pressing the tab to get it off was useless, I just put a screwdriver on the back of the plastic handle and forced it off by pushing forward - it came off pretty easy and snapped right back on my car without the tab being broken or anything.
