had a great time at the meeting, thanks alot matt for the house and garage. But the sprited driving secession after the meet saw several 91 Plus going at it and a 93 and a 94 ATX. Myself and Greg were going at it from a roll at about 50 mph and round 1 ended with my ATX slipping off the rev limiter into 3rd and the plus taking the lead. Round 2 end with my ATX not engaging any gear and pulling off and Greg blowing his diff pin making a nice size hole in the tranny case. All well ends well i guess but Greg was pretty ****** after just doing a valve lash job. Its funny beth didn't ever touch his car...

Good times. Thanks to Matt for the use of his wonderful house (or maybe more of his driveway and front yard). We filled his whole plot of land with SHOs, and I think I can speak for us all and say it was a good time had by all. Amidst difficulties throughout the day, everthing ended great (except for Greg :madflame: ). Now I can put more names to faces and forum names and whatnot. I have pictures, and as soon as I finish this stupid disposable camera (which I hope to do tomorrow at the car SHOw), I will post them on here. I'm sure there are others with pics as well too!

a joke for the tri state guys? i really don't know just thought that i would through it in there

Yeah, everytime Beth parks next to a car, it doesn't work. Mine was the last victim, but this time she didn't even have the SHO. Who knows what went wrong, I think Greg just needs to put a timing belt cover on  !

You just need to be careful on what you post. Something like that may be funny to one but not very funny to alot of others. Just be careful on what you post thats all and everything will be all good. :thumb:

BTW Beth was QUITE busy installing quaife's and drain plugs. Greg and Nick did his 60k job and Chuck did Jason's stage cams. It was a busy night. I unfortunately didnt get dirty  I was actually looking forward to working on some cars but I did what I do best and that is cooking. :dribble: Again I cant believe how many people showed up and It was a kick a* day!!!!!!

Wish I could have stuck around for
the sprited driving secession after the meet
and also for Greg's blown diff pin excursion. It was probably the new white valve covers. They must have added some HP, which in turn the pin couldn't hang. The :snicker: real funny part is, the gentleman(stupid me, I forgot his name already. PJ Toledo) that showed us what a bad diff pin looks like before they blow! :bonk:
