'99 SHO, about 150k miles on it. Had the transmission flushed not to long ago. Drove fine for a while, Shifted fine, No problems. Now, It likes to studder once it goes into anything past 2nd gear, It gets worse when there is more throttle. It smooths out pretty well on the freeway. I'm wondering if getting the transmission fluid flushed was a bad idea, and has caused one of the pumps/solenoid to go bad, Or perhaps one of the many Clutches/Bands going bad. Any input would be great.

Did they use Mercon V as they should have or just a Dex/Merc?

Without the friction modifier in the Merc V you can get some shudder on 98 and 99 trannys.

Or it's just time for a new tranny. Not an unusual thing to happen with these cars...

I'm not sure what they put into it... It didn't start right after it was flushed though
