Transmission shuttering?

My wife's 96 shutters when accelerating at low rpms but not at high rpms. Doesn't matter if starting off or at highway speeds. Feels like transmission shuttering, but could it be fuel pump or throttle related since it only does it at low rpms no matter what gear? I sure would appreciate anyones opinion.

Bad Coil. I just had to get my #1 cyclinder coil replaced. exact same symptons

By the way, opalmtx, are you aware that one of the best SHO experts is located right there in Douglasville? You're very fortunate. I have to drive 8 hrs to get there...

Yeah FPS, they've done my 60k and my wife's 100k and cam weld.

It could be the torque converter. It will do that when it's low on fluid. Might be a good idea to flush the convertor and put new fluid in.

Thanks for everyone's help. I'll eventually take it 7 miles down the road to FPS. Just curious about what might be wrong and how many duckies I'll have to shell out to fix it.
