trans issues after rebuild.....

well got the car all finished tonight.. woo hoo..

well the trans is like N till you get 900rpms or so into the throttle. has maybe 10miles on it..

i know i need to talk to the re builder but what do you guys think..

Sounds like something isn't right.

guy has the car now.. he took it for a drive and said yea something is wrong.. he thinks valve body.

sorry to bring an old thread back...

but i finally got the trans back out last weekend and they pulled it apart.. found out there was a hunk of crap in the vb... they claim becasue i didnt put a cooler on it..

i flushed the cooler, i know the car needs a cooler to keep it lasting but they said there must have been crap in the stock cooler... i sprayed break clean and used compressed air to clean it..
