tranny/clutch issues?

i have been wraping up a 3.2 manual swap i went to loosen the lug nuts to bleed the brakes an noticed that no matter what gear i shift in to the car rolls in every gear. i got new bearings and seals done at a tranny shop before install and i did the clutch by eye for aligning. did i pinch the clutch disk? is my clutch cabel too tight? the tranny shifts in to every gear. even reverse. any thoughts welcome. i also noticed that when i free spin the wheel the oppisite wheel only moves like a hair and stops. dont really know if that helps.
