Ok.. at idle it should measure something like .94 volts right? Well mine is only at .83, and I cant get it any higher. Is my sensor on its way out? There aren't any dead spots, and it gets up high enough, but the idle voltage isn't right. Maybe thats why I'm having funny starting issues? Trying to narrow down the small little issues, and this was one of them. :)

i think some where between .97 and .99 is perfect but ether way the computer learns the idle voltage to wot voltage so that shouldnt be a starting issue. have you check your cps ? cuz that and or your idle control valve could be sticking.

Well I cleaned out my IAC, and my CPS hasn't been acting up like they normally do, but I'm leaning towards the IAC. It likes to not start when its sat for a while, unless I either play with the gas pedal a little, and will always fire up if I floor the gas at start up. If I have recently been driving it, it starts just fine like it should. I swear it acts like a red headed step child sometimes.

Don't worry about your TPS voltage, Eric. So long as the closed throttle voltage is between 0.48v and 1.2v, you will be fine. Trying to modify your TPS to achieve a higher closed throttle voltage will do absolutely nothing for your idle quality or your driveability. ;)

Well, see I kinda figured it would be ok, but the service manual said .94V so thats what I was trying to hit before I reset my idle. Guess I'm just trying to make extra sure that the sensors are working ok.
