My '96 SHO has a bad torque converter and I have not had a chance to shop around prices as much as I would like for replacement. All Pro Trans. shop has given me an estimate of $1100.00 including 12 hrs. labor @ $60.00 hr and $344.00 for a new ACI converter. Is to high? Does ACI make a good converter, (the all-pro guy swears by them)? Any feedback would be great. Thanks :D
