There is no engine oil pressure involved with the timing chain tensioners. The tensioners are self contained, spring loaded devices that place the chain in a slight tension from the slack side. There may be a small amount of play is you wiggle the chain with your fingers, but there shouldn't be more than about 1-3mm on the longest span.
netviper, I must admit that the valve train in the picture you posted looks very clean. I must also say that there is a significant amount of cam lobe wear visible on the #5 exhaust and #6 intake camshafts. Did you inspect the valve train before you added the Auto Rx treatment? I wonder how much if the advanced wear on you 73,000 mile engine is due to the oil history and how much is due to the non-lubricating solvents in the Auto Rx.
