timing belt

I was wondering if theres any diffrent timing belts for the sho and if so whats the best one to get, i know with my turbocoupe racer walsh made a heavy duty timing belt. Im planing on doing this and the water pump, how much will these parts run me? how hard is it to change the belt and pump and how long will it take?

The Gates T248 is the most commonly used replacement. It's dirt cheap from rockauto.com. Less than $40. There are others too. But the Gates belt is the tried and true at a price that can't be beat.
