I was removing my timing belt when the right upper camshaft sprocket moved a little bit is this ok or no. Will it mess with any of the timing, and if so what do I do to correct this problem thanks................ :thumb:

having just completed the timing belt swap this weekend, I can only speak in praise of Kurt's nicely detailed instructions here:

regarding the camshaft, you can use the old belt and some stong, controlled pulling to reposition it at TDC position, lining the dot on sprocket to the line on the housing. Just be sure to line up all three sprockets properly, then use the lower cover and damper to make sure the crank is truly at zero!

All that matters is that you get the marks aligned properly when you reinstall the timing belt.

Get yourself a set of strap wrenches next time you see some for a good price.
