timing belt sliping

:shrug:I bought my sho a few days ago and one of the timing gears came off when my friend was driving it home so me and my friend put it back on and put the timing belt back on and it keeps slipping off and everything looks ok what could it be

if it is crank cancer what is crank cancer and is it fixable and how much does it coust to fix

Is your SHO an automatic or a manual?

I think it has something to do with the tension of your timing belt.

You shouldn't be able to slip the timing belt on and off if it is on tight.

Its a manuel and I solved the problem. and which mark does the mark on the harmonic balaser line up to to get the timing right
