Should i be concerned about this on my throttle body? I know it’s supposed to be a cap right there but idk what its does and if its harmful or not

Those have been known to blow off, literally, from boost/overboost.

It's just a dust cover essentially. Keep your engine bay clean, or at least that specific area, and you'll be fine.

I rode without mine for several years.

Yeah I haven’t seen mine in probably two years. Never even found it.
