k well i snapped my rear endlink going into a turn, now being the second time first time was in a taurus lx. so ive been doing some research cause i would like to put in a heavy duty endlink or something other then stock. here is what ive come up with.

tpr rear endlink kit from sho nut?

rear swaybar links from sho shop?

rear endlink kit tpr from midwest?

moog unit from rock auto? (im aware that the autodrive brand is the same thing)

trw federal mogul from advance auto?

out of these does anyone know which is the best choice? keep in mind im looking for better then stock and something that will handle good force. thanks

any are going to be what you are looking for, go with the place that is going to get it to you fastest, and if you have a problem, then you can return it easy, autozone, oreillys and the like sell the heavyduty thermoplastic tpr, so go there, autozone is where I went.

IIRC, TRW sells a larger diameter than normal rear endlink kit, with sleeves. Napa carries those from memory.

yeah, I did everything up front except bigger sway bar and those bushings I have NOT done, they are going to be soon, but the heavyduty endlinks, I hear those don't last that long, we will see.

The ones you are getting are the right length? The last one you put on should be very difficult to get the nut started.

I have the midwest sho rear endlink kit on my car..... havent had any issues at all with them. The stock plastic front ones on the other hand, I keep on wearing them out.

Go for the TRW rear endlinks from Advance auto. They have blue polyurethane bushings on them and are definitely heavy duty. I personally liked the endlinks on my 95 SHO. $ 9.00 each @ advance. Good luck.

If you go online under the Advance auto name, the website will automatically show partsamerica.com which is also advance auto to say the least. From what I heard, the TRW plant burned down a few months ago according to a sales associate from Advance. As a result, a number of TRW chassis parts are running low on supply. So if you can get a chance, grab what is left out there soon.

Advance also sells the MOOG endlinks, which may be what you're thinking of. They use blue TPR bushings and heavy duty endlinks. NAPA also sells them.

You can get the TPR Moogs from O'Reilly's. Ask if they have their house brand (Autodrive, I think). Same part in a different box for a few bucks less.

If you buy from AutoZone, be certain you check on the warranty first. They have gotten very stingy on warranty term lengths the last several years.

Advance Auto Parts is part of Parts America. Go to www.partsamerica.com to locate the nearest store to you and to determine which of the chain stores is in your area.
