I have a 94 MTX that had the eec fuse blow while driving. got towed home discovered the fuse changed it, burned out first crank this caused the pump to not prime. I had to get to work so i threw a 40 in the 30 and it ran but would continue to die. it did this a few times then ran just fine, so next day going to work I came to a stop sign and the tach dropped (after having to pass a very distracted driver) thinking it was just a fuse I hop out and the fuse isnt blown and no fuel pump prime.. Soooo a tow home, new fuel pump, new relay module and eec later I'm stuck with a pump that never turns off and still no start I've checked the grounds that I can find but also discovered 4 wires coming from the wiring just behind the drivers side of the intake manifold that have a connector but the 4 were melted together with electrical tape and i don't know where they go I just found this today if anyone knows what this is or what could be going on, any info will help. Thanks!

will post pics soon:scratch:
