I was informed that there are only 3 screws for each door panel (front & rear?) so that I can replace the stock speakers. Well the only screw I can readily find is the one directly inside the door handle. Now there's 2 screws that seem to hold a black metal bracket where the door hinge is, are those the two remaining screws? I'm know, i'm ********.........

I just dismanted the interior of 97 SHO the only screw in the front door panel was the one at the door opening handle. Then you start at the bottom and work you way up to pop out the plastic fastners on the back. Be carfull to only pull the panel out just far enough to pull the fastners out of the door. Once you get them all out you have to lift the entire door panel up then pull the door anel out/off to release the upper hooking area of the panel.

looks like from 96-97 they only used one screw at the door handle cup. Then from 98-99 used three screws at the door panels edges.

I have the three screws that you are talking about. I don't know it's just a SHO thing or not.
