Went to the PO yesterday and asked about the passport thing. Two month wait, 100 bucks. If you pay an extra 60, you can get it in two weeks.

Im filling out my applications now so anyone who seriously wants to go should go get one ASAP. Still havent discussed an exact date for the cruise Im still open to suggestions.

I'm looking towards April/May. Royal Caribbean 4 night Bahama cruise runs about $250 a person (rooms are based on double occupancy, so if you want the room alone you belly up $500).

Hows this sound to you all that are interested? I am not satisfied with Carnival so I wm leaning more towards RC as I have not had one bad experience with them yet. Check out the itenary on their website, departs from Port Canaveral goes to coco cay and bahamas... If we can get enough people to commit (which I won't hold my breath) we can get a group rate and save some cash!

Port Canaveral is in FL?

Now it seems like I have a few people on my list. GF's mom, brother, and uncle possibly. We wanted Feb., it seems they want the end of March. Ill check out the site. In the meantime Ill put in my application and Ill play it by ear.

Im definitly down. Now its just a matter of everyone Im bringing to agree on something. Easier said than done.

I just got a passport application today that I will fill out and submit asap. This is one of the reasons I wal looking towards April or so because that gives everyone time to get their passports. I'll post a link to the cruise dates that caught my eye here in a few

Kelvin: No quaife or police grill anymore, those went with the s/c'd car months ago. I may bring a pretty mint rod shifter assembly and a almost mint climate control to keep the party going with what Brian will be bringing to chuck out. Shit if I could, I'd do the whole Herbie goes bananas and push the '94 right into the deep blue!

Jay: Port Canaveral is is north of you, right in Brians back yard. I'll look into FT Lauderdale but last time I checked the cruises were a few more bucks to sail from there.

Brian: Way to support the SHOs, we need more guys like you to help make the SHO parts more rare and more expensive :)

The dates in April are for 3 nights. It would make more sense to go in early May for the extra night for the same cost. Here is the one I have my eye on:

Look 'em over guys and gals and let me know what you think. If the majority is for April the 4 night cruise is only 30 or so bucks more. April does = spring break and last year when I went during spring break the scenery was very nice at the pool area if you get my drift ;)

Latest ones seem to be late March. Pretty cheap. Seems like Lauderdale's all booked up anyway.

Me + Alcohol, that could be a disaster.

Seems like the best deal. I just put a room on hold for me and my girlfriend for the May 5th cruise:

This gives plenty of time for passports. You can put a room on hold, just sign up for an account on the RC website. I have sailed multiple times through Royal Caribbean, very clean and fun to cruise with. I will update the main page as well. I know we can not all agree on a cruise so I figured I'd pick the cheapest one with the most days/nights with enough time to get everyone prepared.

Also, reserving a room will setup a payment plan. You can also set up a payment plan be reserving your room by calling Royal Caribbean.

Thanks for offering that up Brian. I just paid my deposit, you have until like the end of March to fully pay for it. 2 persons comes to like $650 with taxes, port charges and prepaid gratuities. Now is a good time to find someone to room up with if you don't have a guest to take to split the cost.
