So I just checked the weather forecast and it looks like it's going to be clear or mostly sunny all day :sun:, but the high is in the upper 20's and the low at night is 19F .

At least we shouldn't have to deal with the snow or ice storms we've had in the past...

Just a reminder to everyone--we will be LEAVING Bronner's at 3:30 for Bavarian Inn. I'm hoping to be to Bronner's no later than 3pm... be sure to check windingroad.com this Friday to see what car I'll have there

Yeah, Bavarian Inn is just a couple minutes away, but by the time we park and chat and walk up to the restaurant it'll be 4pm, and Bavarian Inn is telling me they'll only hold the reservation for like 10 minutes (they've been a little more snippy this year). So if you're running late, just go straight to Bavarian Inn; the reservation is under my name.

Bubba is not coming. He came down with the flu Thursday night, coughing and puking. He told me, "Tell Hunter I am sorry, maybe next year." He wishes he could come, but didn't think it would be much fun with being sick.

There's a lot of sickness and colds floating around. I am just on the tail end of a bad cold I caught over thanksgiving. Get well soon, Tim. Rest up. Small crowd this year. I remember the first year I made it, there were like 15 plus people and like about 9-10 SHO's that made it.

I hope that everyone has a safe trip there today. I am leaving here in about an hour, for the 3.5 hour trip.
