I took the car in to have TSB 11-8-21 and a few other minor repairs completed and they have had the car for 12 days as of today. They keep telling me there isn't a tsb for the transmission and can't get it to reproduce. I know the TSB is valid for my car because I called the SVT hotline and they looked up my VIN to confirm the TSB. Besides that, they won't call me back half the time when I want a status on what is going on. I call last Friday at 11am and they never called me back. I called today and finally got a response that they haven't done anything else. I guess I will pick up the car and go to a different dealer. What a big pain and waste of time. I hope I can find a decent dealer in northern Cincinnati.
