I'm running with no CAT right now and truly doubt that I will pass, maybe not even with a CAT. What CAT are you guys using? Of course with as little power loss as possible.... I was thinking Random Technologies.
Oh by the way my SHO puts 503hp the the tires. Not sure how much that matters, I just like to say it :naughty:

Reeeeaaaaalllllllyy...

What I did was just swapped out my Y-pipe for a stock one, passed with flying colors, and then just put my catless back on.

But with 503whp you can kiss an inspection sticker goodbye. :)

Oh I got the Power McFly. SHOShop went overboard with my car . That crazy thing actually sheered off all of the teeth on the CV shaft once!
What's FPS? Is that a company?

When did SHOShop build your car? I'm interested in more info as well.

Dyno sheets or some kind of vid :corn:
Sorry, I got no proof to back up my trash. I could take the dyno sheet to my friends and have him scan it... But that doesn't prove what car was on the dyno. If you ever see a Lame looking, tan 91 that sounds like **** is chasing it... That's me

They built the car for the guy that I bought it from. It's been about 2-3 since the build. The engine's been built(obviously), All new suspinsion; Sub-frame connectors, strut tower braces, anti-sway, They connected the sub-frame connectors and the engine to the strut towers with steel rods. It's supercharged, has custom exhaust, the tranny was built. I don't know about the brand, but the clutch is rated around 750hp.
The previous owner is a friend of my father. He's some filthy rich dude that decided to go crazy with the SHO. He sold it because he bought some new cars(Audi RS6, Lotus Espiritand i think and old Ferrari) and didn't have room for the SHO anymore. So he sold it to my dad for $3000. It scares my dad, so he's giving it to me. When I get the car here, St. Louis, I'm going to have to get it inspected so I was curious about the CATs. I'll post some pics or video of me being stupid for everyone

If it is supercharged, and tuned by SHOSHOP, you might have a heck of a time getting it to pass a sniffer. Even with fresh cats.

Remove the thing that sounds like a messed up alternator and there you go. (Note: other work may be required by this :p) if this exists on the car ;)

pull the spout connector (do a search on that), run a tank of premium with injector cleaner through, then fill again with premium and add a few gas line antifreezes, and have the car nice and hot (fresh off the highway hot) when ready for the test. then see if it even gets close...and let us know!
