Texas World Speedway Registration has Begun

Yeah! The entry list has grown to almost 30 people, and a 3rd of them is us, baby! It's going to be really great to see all these SHO's at the track. If you are still thinking about attending (Toolman!), please just sign up! Money is not due until April 22nd.

I hope everyone is working on their car for both this event and the fast approaching Spring Run in Austin!

So far I have a new tranny mount, courtesy of MikeD!, a new panel and inner liner, courtesy of TexanTony, and am getting ready to flush the brakes and tranny, install a new tranny cooler, replace the gaskets on the intakes, new oil level sender, and find those other oil leaks and repair them.

Oh yeah, and the HATS!

Right...send an e-mail to [email protected]. Shing Lin is the guy who set up the discount with TWS. So, again, no money due until April 22nd, nor is the registration form and (possibly) the inspection form. Usually, the inspection form is not sent in, the driver simply brings it to TWS. And they never checked mine...as long as they don't see fluid running out of your car, I think they're satisfied and trust that we are responsible people...Ha...that sounds kind of funny, huh?

You know Gary, I was thinking that perhaps we could talk to Don, and get the spring run moved up a weekend or something. I think it'd be easier for people to do both events if they were seperated a bit more. I'd like to attend both, but not sure it's gonna be feasable. Just a thought I supose...

Don't take this Martin as if I'm being a smart a$$ but if the lsshoc wants to do the fun run a couple of weeks eariler I guess they can. But a bunch of us fordbastards will be going April the 16th cause it's been posted up on like 6 other forums and mosty over at fordbastards.com.

Don, no harm no foul... It was my mistake, I thought the spring run was the last weekend in april, not mid april. There's plenty big of a gap between the run and the track event. I just hadn't paid attention to the date. BTW, I'm one of the 34 you have signed up over there, it's looking good.
