Tests done, looking for advice

This morning i ran fuel pressure tests
1. hooked the gauge cycled the key 7 full times-
17 psi. then released pressure (on gauge).
2. 2 min. @idle - 21psi. released pressure
3. 2 min. @idle /w FPR and intake plugged- 22psi. released pressure. reconnected FPR.
4. 2 min. @4500rpm 20 psi.

Ran codes. codes were cleared a week or two ago. idle was reset earlier today.
koeo- 11/ 63,66,91-ignore 63 tps was unplugged for a min.
koer- 12,26,41,91,25

cylinder balance test gave 3,4,5,6 ( tested 2 weeks ago and got 4 and 6



I would appreciate anybodys assesment of these results.

You have a seriously low Fuel Pressure problem.

How old is the fuel filter? Does the pressure drop down if you open the throttle, or jump up, or stay the same?

As Chris stated - replace the fuel filter first and re test. If it's low after that - time for a pump or a FPR.
