I want to know where this is located. My fan's don't kick on, and the car overheats. 3.2l. THANKS IN ADVANCE

There are two located right behind the thermostat housing. The single wire sensor is for the dash gauge. The other one is the ECT sensor, which would tell the computer when to turn the fans on.

the fan motors are known to fail too, i have had 2 used ones fail on me already. and i just put a new motor in.

I had the same thing happen and had to replace the black box by the battery that contains all kinds of switches/relays. Replaced that, not 1 problem since (about 2 yrs ago).

Just another possible answer to your problem. :thumb:
