Ok.. well the two "teflon gaskets" taht came with my rack were two different sizes, but the ports both appear to be the same size, not one larger than the other.

The new pressure line had two gaskets with it, and it appears it would work just fine, but in switching out a new rack, I broke the return line free from the old rack, and now it seems I'm short a washer. I seen a post from 2005 that said these are available at most parts stores... not sure if this is still true or not.

I also would like to say to anyone who is pulling their motor out.... if you want a good time to do your P/S rack.. do it when the motor is out of the car. I rmember this taking 10 minuites without a motor.

Here's a tip for everyone.
When installing the new plastic washer, put it in hot water first.
This make's it more flexable so it easily slides on the end of the line.

LoL its not loose im worried about... its getting a seal on it now... I found one at napa out of a compressor catalouge after checking a few others.. finally found one that shouldnt be too fat. Just a shame no one in town has a single hose in stock today.. 50 parts stores and no one has my stuff.. wtf over? lol

I wasnt going to do it, but I can't do this without pulling that p/s pump and putting new seals and a bearing it it... I've been wanting to try that for a while now. :)
