About 10 years ago I bought a 1991 Sho + with most of the usual mods (except having the heads honed). It came with Ford's black paint and peeling clear-coat. I had it repainted with plum crazy purple and silver. I store it in winter and have our local garage do most of the non-cleaning prep. I use 93 octane BP gas. Two questions: who makes the best tuning chip for a 91 SHO? and what is the best super-charger for this car? I don't race but enjoy what happens in 3rd gear, aka, the "Jesus Gear". SHO SIDE

It's hard to find a regular use tuner for the old cars. I would contact yamahaSHO on this forum if I was looking for tuning.

Jason "YamahaSHO" is making a tune for my green 95 right now. I'm using a Moates Quarterhorse for my tuning.

Vortech Si supercharger is probably the way to go. It needs to be a CCW rotation to work with the SHO. The Superchargers are pretty much universal. It's the bracket and piping that make it all work. I have a source for copies of the SHO Shop Vortech brackets but you'd have to figure out your own piping.
