What exactly is the TB bypass?...and how do you do it?

Hey Ken, we had a mild winter here and it hovered around zero for a few weeks and nothing iced up. The only time I had a problem was when it dipped into the negatives with windchill. The throttle iced open at 2k and I got out and hit it a little bit. It came unstuck and as soon as I got home I loaded up the throttle plate area with WD-40 and haven't had a problem since.
so basically when the bypass is done, there should be the 2 small ******* below the TB that are left blank...correct?
How big of difference does it actually make power wise? Is it really noticeable?
My SHO runs a little bit hotter than I would like (according the the temp gauge), how much cooling efficiency would I lose by doing this?
Thanks in advance.
Your engine will be cooler, not hotter after this is done.
