Take out Chip?

Hey guys,
I have a 93 ATX with a hypertech chip. Should i take the chip out for the winter? what are some of your opinions.

leave it in and just drive slow and carefully....

i didn't really notice and difference with the chip in or out. with the lpm i did.

Why would you want to take it out anyways?
