Does anyone know the link to the all red 99 98 light conversion on 96 97 sho wiring to dual filament in both rear lights?

The conversion I used was double filament on both lights for the brake light only inside and running lights on both, turn signal outside. But your link is telling me how to light up the entire light for braking and running lights? With the turn signal also on both lights? I'm not sure the way I originally wired it is correct? Would it be correct before going into the column that I now have both lights on in park and only the inside brake light?

The wiki link I posted will use both the inner and outer bulbs for running, brake, and turn lights.

If you wired it up just like the wiki but haven't jumpered from the BOO switch to the column yet, then both bulbs should be lit for parking lights and turn signals, but neither bulb should light up when brakes are applied.
