Sync Phone Issues

Everything was working fine with my phone and now about 3 weeks ago, it started that I have to reconnect my phone every time I get in the car. It is getting old because sometimes when I shut the car off and come back a few hours later, it won't find my phone. Any ideas? Please remember I am NOT a technology wiz. Thanks for any ideas.

Have you turned off the Automatic Phonebook download feature in SYNC. That was causing me some issues for awhile....

I hadn't turned off the auto phonebook download but I reconnected yesterday, and left my phone in the car overnight and today it worked fine...will try with the phonebook off and will see tomorrow when the car finally goes in for TSB 10-17-3.

4.2.1 seems to have fixed my disconnect issue, but it also seems to have created another issue. When my wife and I get in the car together, a good portion of the time it syncs to her iPhone, instead of mine, and mine is set as the favorite.

Anyone else experiencing this?

I found my phone battery was very low, after recharging, it seems to be working fine again...don't know if the low battery on the phone is contributing to the problem or if it is something else, but so far it the battery isn't indicating a full charge I plug it in to the car charger and it has always synced...again, just kinda keeping an eye on it.
