So where's the best place to start on suspension upgrades? I wanna get my baby running nice and happy. I wanna get her fast, but before speed she must be able to stop(So I did the 96' Brake Upgrade) and handle(I need to do now) , THEN I can get her fast. That's how I see it anyways. So where should I start?

I would do the upgrades in this order:
Subframe Connectors
Wide wheels and sticky tires
Replace all bushings
front and rear strut bars
Intrax/Eibach Springs
Tokico/koni shocks
Adjustable rear control arms
H-Brace
