It's not a SHO....It's an SEL that is has been done over. I've seen other pics on the other forum.....(You'll notice the wrong lower grille and if you see the back....the exhaust all on one side. He even painted over the Ford emblems and you can see the Ford silhouette in the background....

Doesn't really matter if it's a SEL or Limited...still just not the type of thing that makes me say WOW....

BTW, just to show the difference, just showed the pictures to my son and he loves the black car, he thinks it looks great.....

I'm not a fan. Add me to the list of those who would not want to decrease the light output of the car.

I do think something classier can be done to the emblems if you can't get a grill to delete it completely.

It's not my car, so rice away.

I actually think the wheels look kinda cool (for black wheels, which I normally hate). Make it look kinda like something from Tron.

I was just thinking that they looked to have some Tron inspiration. At first glance I didn't like them, but on second I started to feel them because they are different than anything I've seen before, but aren't too outlandish. Almost makes it look like it has no wheels. The calipers would def need some paint though.

As for everything else, I would do the same minus the tinted lamps and painted emblems. I think the grille and trim look really good. If he wants to do a matte finish instead of gloss, then that's his choice. What does it matter if it's a rattle can or done in a booth? It looks just as good from what I can see. In fact, I've seen much worse jobs done in a paint booth (and I used to work at a body shop). Rattle can paint can be very durable these days with the proper prep work too.
