Sunroof/Moonroof hits roof before sliding back. Adjustment needed?

The sunroof glass does not drop down completely before it attempts to slide back. The glass edge will wedge itself against the roof opening edge. I get the glass down by either lightly pushing down on it, or toggling the switch until it the glass falls into place.

I have no other issues, with the roof at least. It sits flush with the roof when closed. Opens to vent fine. No leaks. No wind noise.

I recently installed a new switch and relay for other roof problems. The roof was hanging up before the new parts were installed.

What do I need to do?

There is a sort of hinge (that allows it to vent) and other moving parts-

check for obstructions in the track, **** (graphite **** or oil??) the track/ hinges, etc...

I waxed the roof edge where it meets the glass seal and it slides right down without any problems now.
