Just wanted to say thanks :wave: to everyone who replied to my couple questions. Ended up using a c-clamp to hold the balancer in place to tighten it.. Started right up and didnt have any weird sounds.. Just have to wait for the rest of the oil on the cats to burn up to see if that fixed my leaks. Now I just have to track down that EGR issue :biggrin:

Congrats on the work sucessfully completed. Feels good, don't it? :thumb:

Now it's time to do the rod bearings. ;)
