I looked on my passenger side front foor, pulled up the carpet and I have the hole right there for the subframe nut. I can see the nut and bolt, but the little tabs that hold the bolt are still there. So my question is, if the little tabs are still there and don't look like they've been touched, is the subrame bolt recall done on my car or not?

Have FORD run your vin and they will tell you if it has ever been done.
Definately have Ford run your VIN #. Even if it was done, you'll also find out about any other outstanding recalls that you may need to have done.
