which is better the solid aluminum ones or Delrin?

they cost the same... so I jsut want what is best :) .. thanks!

Not positive but I think I remember some of the Delrins had cracked. I could be wrong but I think I read that a while ago.

A bunch of us got in on a group buy and we should have feedback on the aluminun sfbs shortly myself included.

do you know what they are made out of? are they a harder rubber or just another aluminum type?

half-way there, I think.
These are the Aluminum Subframe Bushings (only one shown in the picture) The Delrin is a very hard plastic material. The only difference that I'm aware of is the Delrin needs perodic re-torquing. The Aluminum transmits more noise and vibration into the cabin, however - I don't really notice that much more noise than before with the factory bushings.

I couldn't agree anymore. I find that the alum. SFB's I put in are one of my most favorite suspension goods I put in. Helps a lot with the turn in response. And like TWRSHO said, I don't really notice that much of a difference in noise. You definitely feel more of the road though. That could be the stiff suspension I have though. The pro's by far outweigh the cons.
