How do you guys get around the long SFC's getting in the way of one of the exhaust hangers?

A few mths back I had a new U-hanger welded to the passenger side of the bend in the piping on the rear passenger door to pull the piping over a bit because my piping was banging the rear area where the strut bolts go into everytime I hit a bump, so that solved my problem.

My Question is, if I got rid of that interfering exhaust hanger would I have problems or not by having the added support on the opposite side?
