Stupid 'oil leak' question of the day

Hey gang,

I brought the plus to a quick **** joint, and they brought me underneath the car to show me a leak. Apparently, I'm leaking oil out of the oil pan drain plug.

WTF? How can that be. It's plenty tight. Should I just get a new plug or what?
