If you paid via credit card from your Paypal account, file it with them directly. You'll get better results. If you paid with cash that was in your paypal account you'll be out of luck I'm afraid.

yep, that's what i did...need to send them all the correspondence and other info related to the transaction, but its in dispute now, and i should be OK in the long run.

i just don't understand why people pull crap like this.

Hence why I do not deal with Dave anymore. I was screwed out of many parts and many dollars. I fianally decided it wasnt worth trying to persue and let it go becaus I knew oneday he would get whats comming to him.
Bill, I will continue to deal with you because I know you practice good buisness. It is unfortunate for you that you had dave as a partner, but thats in the past now. O, the heatercore sucked, but its done now. Car should be for sale soon.

Well, now that the auction has been pulled, I suppose the Hall of Fame/Shame is where this thread rightfully belongs.

I will say this one last thing, now that word of this thread has probably reached Dave's ears, Bill is concerned that he won't get the rest of the parts that Dave has of his back. Honestly Bill, I highly doubt you would have seen any of those parts ever again unless they were listed up on eBay. What he's done to you is not right and I seriously think you need to consider taking his **** to court. What he's done is total ********.

Tim, good to hear from you! You answered the ?? I wanted to talk to you about-the motor mounts. I do not remember seeing them! Their most likley lost in all the crap he keeps in his cars. So if he never paid you for em he never owned em, so more proof he is a thief! He also conviently came by my house while Chris & I were at the convention to "pick up some of his stuff" cause He had an emerengcy,so he told my wife! He got wind of this thread & called me ranting & then threatened me ,my son & his car with physical violence !! So I was forced to call the cops & file a police report!! The officers called him from my driveway & he replied " I do not know this person or what you are refering to. Call my lawyer ...ect." GOOD hope it stays that way!
