Anyone pull the stock or have a stock radio / player from a 1st gen car that they don't want or would like to get rid of? I'd like to have one for mine. I bought this car and it didn't have anything in it....someone yanked it.

Was the stock one a cassette or cd?

Oh and any pics of one?

The stock one was a cassette, the cd slave was optional. I have a stock gen1 headunit for premium/jbl, the volume switch is a bit loose, but everything works fine. If you want it you can have it.

That would be really cool. I just always like the look of the stock dash components. With all the new mp3's i dont really need to play cds or cassettes, mostly just want the radio function. Yeah mine has the premium/jbl set up in it.

Alright well I also had some time today so I fixed the volume switch, so its all good. The stereo is in really good shape. I just yanked it to put a pioneer headunit in with new speakers and a amp.
