Breaking straps aside....whats the maximum amount of Tq the stock clutch can hold?

I know that it will atleast hold a 75 shot.

BTW, im not talking about running Nitrous, just using it as an example(as it kick the VE through the roof).

I don't think there is a such thing as a "stock" clutch anymore, since all the "stock" clutches are rebuilds - by different companies, using different materials and specs. If you somehow could find a NOS Ford SHO clutch, I would guess it could handle ~350LBS of torque brand new. That number would obviously diminish with use.

well then its wrong...

Not entirely, the stock clutch I'm sure would hold 250-300ft/lbs. For about 1 or 2 hits at WOT, then it'll start to slip. And it's been shown that replacement clutches can and do fail with stock power. My CM stage 1 with less than 10k on it started to slip a little going into 3rd on 6#'s of boost.

Brand new, ~260 ft lbs, assuming it's not already been heated up or glazed.

The stock lining does NOT do well with heat. Even open tracking one, with heat soak, I've seen them slip behind stock motors.
