Still No Start!!!!!

I've Checked the ground strap,cleaned everything up and she fired right up. Ran for about 5 min. Shut her off, then she wouldn't start back. Would the IAB sensor have failed ,and if so would it cause the car not to start? Another thing; When I run the KOEO I get a primary and secondary fuel pump failure code. Is this a constant code because I seem to be getting plenty of fuel. I appreciate any feedback.

Is it cranking?? If so check the intertia (sp?) fuel pump cut off switch.
