OK, finally I've got fuel to the engine. Still no spark, but the strange thing is the coil pack wiring. After testing with a multimeter, I found that only two of the four wires had any voltage at all when the car was "ON". The first two had no juice at all, the third had right around 7, and the last one had high 12's. When my dad was trying to get the coil pack cover off, he accidentally hit the wiring clip and broke the prong, but could he have damaged the plug? It seems likely, but I don't know what he could have done. Also, there was no spark at the coil pack itself. TIA

Without having my service CD here, I don't know what the voltages are supposed to be at the coil pack. You'll have to have someone check their Helm or CD to verify those voltages.

Can you run the KOEO codes? That would tell your for sure if something is up with the coil pack wiring...

OK, it's now up and running, seemingly as good as it was before (minus oil in the plug wells). The problem was with the DIS module ground. Anyway, I've now only got one problem-the t-stat housing tube (the piece that connects the Upper Radiator Hose to the engine) is leaking. There is no gasket there, and it never leaked before, at least not that I noticed. RTV didn't work, so is the t-stat gasket bad? Since I didn't put the t-stat in, I wouldn't know if there was a gasket there, or if it was done incorrectly, etc.

As for your leak, you probably will have to replace the thermostat due to the fact that the rubber gasket is part of it. I doubt RTV will work. The thermostat is fairly inexpensive. Use caution when removing and re-tightning the nuts. You can easily strip the studs out of the block.

The seal at that interface is the rubber surround on the perimeter of the thermostat body and functions more like an O-ring than a gasket. There is no gasket between the metal surfaces of the block and the tube. Some replacement thermostats come with the seal, but it is also a separate part number in the Motorcraft books.
