I have had codes 172 136 176 for a couple months now and here is what I've done:
Replaced all vacuum hoses
New MAF Sensor
New O2 Sensors
I replaced the o2 sensors first about 2 months ago so they should be ok i suppose?
What else can I try?

Bad wiring, Vacuum leaks, exhaust leak, bad PCM, fuel delivery problem--injectors, pump, maybe EGR malfunction. I would look at bad cats, pcm, or wiring and get fuel pressure readings. You might need a professional at this point.

Intake bolted down tight?

How is the car running?

Did you reset the KAM after changing parts?

Intake torqued correctly
Car runs smooth most of the times, but sometimes(1 out of 5) it surges...the rpms will be at normal 900 then drop up and down followed by it shutting off...p.s. i have replaced the cps
Im not sure what you mean about resetting the KAM??
I did reset the codes by unplugging the battery

Yes, resetting the codes. I might have to take a trip down to Dinwiddie to fix it
