Stereo problems

I noticed today when I got into my 93 SHO, the music was loud and then went really soft. Then it went back to loud again. It happens every time I get into it.

Also, when I open the drivers window it opens normally. When I open the driver and passenger window, the passenger window opens slowly until I stop opening the drivers window.

Is this a voltage regulator problem?

My Windows have never operated quickly when two operations are going at once. I think that is normal.

The Stereo issue could be many things. Is it the stock head unit? Do you have premium sound with the amps?
