At idle my steering wheel shakes back and forth a little. Getting on it the car swerves left and right bad. Around corners it wobbles left and right instead of staying smooth. 
Question: the pump may be fine because I read my codes and it said steering valve stuck open or closed. If it is that how do I fix it. Remove and clean or remove and replace? Or is there an electrical connection on it that can be cleaned up. Also how hard is it to access if it has a valve? Or should I clean out or replace the pump? Thanks for viewng.
