Alright everyone I have posted on here a few times with this same problem that I thought I had fixed but once again it came back. I have a 95' ATX and it never starts the first time I turn it over, also some times when Im driving it feels like it has no power at all. I can floor it and it feels like Im bearly moving. I'v put a new starter, idel air solinoid, crank shaft postision sensor, fuel pump and cam shaft postision sensor in it. And I have no idea what else to do. Help me please I just want a problem free flyer.

Im betting on the O2's.... for power wise
but the hard starting could be... ****, a weak battery.
But without the codes we really cant help ya...

Im no ATX expert, but IIRC, the DPFE sensor the one for the EGR, can cause drivability issues....

How old are your plugs and wires? Are your plug well full of oil?

You very well might just need a good solid 60k service.

check fuel pressure at the rail. I had start problems and found out my fuel pump was bleeding down. Never started on the first crank. and was hard starting meaning a lot of motor turning over before starting.
I replaced the fuel pump and it's been turn key ever since. I cut the access hatch under the rear seat and it was simple.

Best suggestion so far.

Should have around 40 psi. Engine will stumble at idle at around 20 psi or so.

Other symptoms match.

Before you do anything I would listen to one of the first post. Pull at least the front three plug wires off and check for oil, if none then pull the back three and check them. It's a common problem with these cars and will severlly reduce proformance. You can clean the oil out/off the plugg wells and wires for a temp solution but before you spend $140+ for new wires and plugs you need to change the plug well seals or you just throwing you money away.
