So I started my car yesterday drove it for about 45 min, made a stop for about 5 min car started right back up. Then we drove for about 15 min more stopped for about 30 to 45 min, then when I tried to start her back up she was chugging on start up. After getting her to start I have to hold the gas for a min to keep the rev up then once I get her going she runs fine. Any idea what this could be? I did a front 60k over the summer, and then I just replaced the CID. I have not gotten a chance to pull codes yet I will be doing that tomorrow. The fuel pump is like 1.5 years old, along with the fuel pressure regulator. Thanks

Any leaks from the water pump? Have a close look, any leak ends up on the crank position sensor.

So i dont see any leaking, why would the car start when I give the car gas if it was the crank sensor. I also have a hard starting issues could this be related. This was present before I replaced the crank sensor, and continued after the repair.

I've been having the same problem with my 1995 SHO. Just replaced o2 sensors, water pump. Every once in a while, it will chug after sitting, starting to be a concern.

I just had this problem. Remove the cam sensor and check for oil in it. If there is, replace the seal and sensor.
