Check your ground wire at the transmission,it gets secured to the top stud at the starter motor.Since the trans was just removed they may not have the nut that secures it tightend completely or the eyelit on the cable end could possibly be damaged. When using air tools to remove the ground wire it sometimes breaks the whole stud loose and twists the cable around the socket.Usually it damages the cable and/or connector. This could cause a no crank/click condition.
